Heriot Row Apartments - Quiet And Sophisticated Accommodation at 34 Heriot Row
The six art-deco period Heriot Row Apartments are the perfect base for your short or long term stay in Dunedin. The well appointed apartments are all spacious, light and warm. Each boasts a beautiful outlook, so you can enjoy beautiful views over the city, harbour and hills surrounding Dunedin.
The apartments come with gorgeous period fixtures and furnishings, off-street parking and an idyllic shared garden at the back of the property. We’ll also be happy to provide a package of fresh linen at a small cost.
The Heriot Row Apartments are only a stroll from the Dunedin City Centre. This is ideal for those looking for accommodation near Dunedin Public Hospital, Mercy Hospital, the University of Otago or the Octagon. From the property, you can easily walk to many key Dunedin locations such as the Railway Station, Forsyth Barr stadium, Moana Pool and Gym, Olveston Historic Home and George Street.

Apartment 1
The spacious and warm 34-1 Heriot Row apartment features classically elegant furnishings for a timeless feel. You’ll also notice the incredible views and sunrises over the harbour and Dunedin CBD. This apartment features simple yet sophisticated decor, making it a wonderfully elegant option.
This apartment boasts two comfortable bedrooms, one with a queen bed and walk-in wardrobe, and the other with a king bed. There are spacious living spaces: a kitchen/dining area and a separate, comfortable lounge. The kitchen features full cooking amenities, including a commercial oven, so you’ll find that your stay has all the convenience of home.

Apartment 2
34-2 Heriot Row is a sunny and bright upstairs apartment. This is the most spacious of the six apartments, featuring two large bedrooms. Each is furnished with a king bed and built in wardrobes and drawers. You’ll enjoy a separate laundry, a newly renovated kitchen, and all the amenities you may need - including a commercial grade oven, ceramic hobs, a dishwasher, and plenty of cupboard space.
If natural light and a gorgeous view is important to you, look no further. This apartment offers sweeping scenes of the city, university, stadium and harbour.

Apartment 3
The one bedroom 34-3 Heriot Row apartment is spacious, sunny and elegant. The apartment’s decor has been carefully selected in art-deco style and includes stunning leadlight windows providing charming views to Dunedin heritage homes and out to Signal Hill.
During your stay at 34-3, you’ll enjoy plenty of built in storage space, including a generous built in wardrobe in the apartment’s large bedroom. The apartment features a separate laundry room, complete with a dryer. You’ll love the expansive and fully equipped kitchen, which includes ceramic hobs, commercial grade oven, and a dining table. Enjoy relaxing in the living room on the luxurious 8-seater sofa.

Apartment 4
Once described as a little piece of French Bohemian, 34-4 Heriot Row is tasteful and glamorous accommodation for your stay in Dunedin. You’ll love the carefully selected period decor, including gorgeous chandeliers, Victorian style plaster detailings on the ceilings, and the original art deco mirror in the bathroom.
The apartment has one large bedroom, which boasts a king sized bed and built in wardrobe and drawers. The modern kitchen includes a 6 seater table, laundry facilities as well as ceramic hobs and a commercial grade half oven. In the sunny lounge, you can relax on the comfortable leather sofas.

Apartment 5
34-5 Heriot Row is a spacious two bedroom, two living room apartment. It features a large lounge, decorated with art deco features and comfortable furnishings including black leather sofas, a dining table and writing desk.
The second living space is a cosy sitting room with a lovely six-person dining table. The kitchen is completely equipped for all your needs and includes a door to the formal garden.
Bedroom one features a king size bed and large built-in wardrobe drawers and cupboards. The bedroom boasts stunning views of the garden’s iceberg roses and formal topiary trees.
The second bedroom has a built in wardrobe and queen sized bed. It features a stunning art-deco style leadlight window providing stunning and expansive views.

Apartment 6
This large upstairs apartment is bathed in sunlight and boasts stunning views over the Dunedin city and harbour. With two living rooms, there’s always a place to relax - whether it’s in the comfortable art-deco style lounge or in the sunny sitting room, which features a large dining table. 
From the spacious kitchen, fitted with plenty of storage and a commercial oven, you’ll enjoy the impressive views of roses, hydrangeas and box hedges in the property’s formal garden. Bedroom one contains a king bed and walk-in wardrobe, and the second bedroom enjoys a double bed, a walk-in wardrobe with built in drawers, and stunning views of the garden.
